Shipping Methods and Delivery Timeframes

We use reputable carriers USPS and UPS to deliver orders. The delivery timeframe depends on the carriers, shipping destination, and the shipping address.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the order and shipping address. The shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before order is submitted.

Shipping Multiple Orders & Reshipping Fees For Returns

If a paperback book order exceeds 2 books per order, there will be an additional charge that will be invoiced to the customers email address. The invoice will be from our publisher LOI Media (Book Services). Stripe is the payment processor with our publisher. If the customer’s paperback book order is returned due to an incorrect address or undeliverable by the carrier, the customer will be charged for the reshipment of the order. Please note, these are fees/costs we have to pay the carriers to send the order back. The costs vary based on the carrier services costs to us. In addition, please note that if the invoice is not paid within two weeks voluntarily, the customers payment card will be charged automatically. The customer will have the invoice emailed as their receipt for the transaction.

Order Processing Time

We strive to process and ship all orders within 14-28 business days of receipt. Orders received on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day. Please be advised that shipping carriers take longer to deliver during the Christmas holidays. Therefore, orders made during the month of December may be delayed due to the volume of shipments the USPS or UPS have to deliver during the busiest month of the year.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please check your Spam folders if you missed this notification. You can use this tracking number to track the status of your shipment on the carrier's website.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping Damages or Loss

If your order arrives damaged or is lost during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund. This is for US orders only. International orders will not be replaced, refunded for damages or if lost.
