The agents of Anti-progress

As with everything else in life. Satan will always provide an imitation of God's original plan for us with the goal of misleading us away from God best choices for our lives.

This is no mew revelation, in fact if we go back to the old testament in Exodus 7 to be exact the scripture provides us with the knowledge that Pharaoh's magicians, wise-men and enchanters were able to duplicate some of the miracles that Moses and his brother Aaron performed. Then we also see that in the new testament in Revelations 16:13-14 to be exact where evil spirits will be working miracles.

Based on our teachings of the spiritual law  according to Ecclesiastes 9:11, which has clearly revealed to us the law of promotion and advancement, one must ask the question, what would be Satan's counter attack to this law? Well, if time and opportunity are the agents of advancement and promotion then delay and distraction will be the opposing force.

God is always about advancing man, however this advancement would come about as a result of man participating in the laws, principles and protocols of scripture. Satan's job in an effort to prevent man's advancement is to get him to connect with someone, something or some environment whose sole purpose is to delay and distract man from ever meeting his divine assigned appointments with time and opportunity, for promotion and advancement.

So, let's say God had it designed for you to meet Mr. or Ms. Right next week Tuesday at 10 a. m to start the beginning of a relationship that will lead to marriage and eventually ministry together. Satan will always send in a carbon copy of God's plan to distract you from that divine appointment with the over all intent of delaying your advancement. Again, this is nothing new when it comes to satanic strategies in distracting and delaying man's advancement. As you would recall, God promised Abraham a promise child with his wife Sarah. Due to the fact that Sarah could not wait on God's divine appointment with time and opportunity to bring forth Issac, Sarah was distracted and delayed by the enemy when she insist that her husband Abraham sleep with their maid Hagar to "assist God" with his will for their life in bringing forth the promise child. Well, we all know what happened as a result of that.

Here is my question to you, now that I have explained to you that the agents of distraction and delay are immediately sent on assignment to your life to counter act your God divine appointment with time and opportunity. Have you noticed that ever since you connected with a certain church everything seems to be on hold for you, your gifts and talents are not used, your prayers are not being answered etc? Now based on the laws of promotion and demotion, do you still think God was the one that led you to that church or did the agents of distraction and delay have led you there and as a result anchored your progress?

Another example, you know good and well that ever since you began a relationship with that particular person everything in your life seems to be drying up and opportunity seems to be elusive. You've probably even made plans to marry this person but time and time again the spirit of the Lord has revealed to you that this person is the front man for Satan's agents of distraction and delay keeping you away from God's best for you.

Why not take a moment right now without any further delay and ask God to give you the courage and the testicular fortitude to unhinge you from the demonic agents of distraction and delay that's keeping you from where you should have been at this point in your life. Chances are you should have been married with kids a long time ago, you should have been promoted a long time ago......... However, the reality is you fell for Satan's carbon copy instead of waiting and discerning God's original!

Father, in the name of your son Jesus Christ! I break the curse of delay, setback, mis-opportunity and misplaced appointed times in the life of the person reading this article right now. I command the enemy to restore this person according to your word in Proverbs 6:31, which declares that the thief must restore seven-fold of what he's originally stolen from this person.

Finally father I pray your word according to Joel 2:25, that you would restore unto this person all the years that the locust hath eaten, the canker-worm, and the caterpillar, and the palmerworm and that you would advance them to where they should have been at this stage of their life in the mighty name of your son Jesus Christ. Amen!
